The Toronto Raptors have answered the most pressing of questions as the calendar turned to November. They are doing just fine without Kawhi Leonard.
And despite initial concerns, there doesn’t appear to be any sign of an NBA championship hangover, although the season is young.
Much of the reason rests on the spectacular performance to date of Pascal Siakam, who looks like he’s on his way to becoming the superstar he was projected to become.
