#Tennis legend #BillieJeanKing has backed the #US women’s national ice #Hockey team in their high profile equal pay dispute.

#King, who co-founded the Women’s Tennis Association tour and won 12 #GrandSlam singles titles, succeeded in her campaign for the #USOpen to award equal prize money in the men’s and women’s tournaments in 1973.
